The velvet fabrics are made of high-quality cotton yarn with high matching, mainly in the series of plain, printed, jacquard and drawing, yarn-dyed and burnt-out. The raw materials are 80 cotton / 20 polyester, 65T / 35C, 80 polyester / 20 cotton, and bamboo fiber cotton velvet and so on.

First, CVC80/20 velvet-----32S+100D grey cloth just finished the semi-finished product is about CVC80/20, but the final finished product after dyeing and finishing is only CVC68/32----CVC72/28. The cotton loops are sheared during the middle shearing process.

1. The general loop height is between 2.5MM-3.0MM. The hair is too low, the shearing is not easy to cut, and the loss is large; the hair is too high, the shearing loss is large, and the loop is not easy to stand upright.

2. Some companies require that the loops of the loop yarn and the ground wire are opposite to improve the weft. But according to 3Z, it is not too important, because the elasticity and organization of the velvet determine the ground yarn. The ground yarn is polyester, it is easy to overcome the weft at the time of shaping.

The number of charter roads is small, the latitude is not obvious 30" 48 and 44 roads are more common, 26" 42 roads are more common.
